Keith Pope has over 30 years of club and community management experience and has been involved with the successful management of numerous properties nationwide. Keith’s experience includes working with Kitson & Partners Club Management as Director of Operations. Prior to that he spent eight years with Troon Golf managing some of the most prestigious clubs in the country, such as Troon North in Scottsdale, AZ, The Waikoloa Beach Resort in Waikoloa, HI, The Westin La Paloma in Tucson, AZ and The Legacy Golf Club in Sarasota, FL. Keith is a Florida-licensed real estate broker and community association manager, a Class A PGA golf professional and a licensed private pilot. Keith volunteers his time by rescuing animals from kill shelters all over our country as part of the Pilots 'N' Paws Program.

Kathleen’s mission as President is to provide overall leadership in the resort lifestyle management industry by developing innovative programming, a first class customer service culture and developing the inspired lifestyle brand for Pope Properties.
She has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate as well as working with developers and master planned lifestyle communities. Kathleen brings her passion, professionalism and expertise in management, needs analysis, brand recognition, theme development, and design to Pope Properties, Inc. She is committed to enhancing the overall lifestyle experience through developing extraordinary amenities, unparalleled programs and superior service. She is a Jersey girl at heart but now, along with her husband and their three children, calls Florida her home. Kathleen is also active in helping our military families by serving as Executive Director of Got Your Back Network. She has also been recognized by the United States Army as the Outstanding Citizen of the Year.
Debbie Hartmann has lived and worked in Southwest Florida since 1989. She started her career in Corporate Hotel Management in Sales and Marketing. Debbie's background also includes country club management in addition to being a licensed CAM, CMCA and a licensed Florida real estate agent. Debbie is responsible for overseeing the facilitation of all community association related matters, ensuring the adherence of all policies and procedures. As well as the daily oversight of our community association managers, HOA administrators, landscape managers and the maintenance department.
Vice President of Operations
Ryan has been with the Pope Properties Management team for more than 10 years serving in numerous country club management positions. He has developed extensive skills and expertise in virtually all areas of community association and club management.
As a GM and licensed Community Association Manager, Ryan has worked extensively with multiple HOAs in the Sarasota/Bradenton market. His most recent position within the company was the GM at Esplanade Golf & Country Club in Lakewood Ranch, FL. His responsibilities included overseeing 128 employees, 12 department heads and managing a $13M annual budget. Ryan is a Manatee County, Florida native. He and his wife Shannon have 2 sons, Austin (19) & Landon (12). Ryan is a former basketball player at Bradenton Christian School. He enjoys the outdoors and coaching his son’s baseball teams.
Vice President - Lifestyle
Rachel Day has a diverse management background spanning multiple areas; such as Marketing, Advertising, and Lifestyle Management. Her variety of experience has allowed her to successfully grow into a valued member of the corporate leadership team at Pope Properties. As Vice President of Lifestyle, Rachel oversees large-scale event planning as well as the daily operations of Lifestyle programming throughout all our managed communities. She also oversees the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness Divisions in our Resort-style communities throughout Florida. Rachel truly dedicated to wellness and improving clients’ lifestyles by providing superior service and developing extraordinary lifestyle experiences.
Before joining Pope Properties, Rachel spent five years at a large media group, managing hundreds of client accounts for several publications across the state of Florida. During her time there Rachel was promoted to sales as a Multimedia Advertising Consultant. This then led her to the opportunity to lead the Marketing division at Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium where she revitalized the “Protect our Reefs” license plate initiative.
We are thrilled to have Rachel as the Vice President of our Lifestyle Department. Her enthusiasm and passion stand out as she leads our dynamic team of Lifestyle Managers in creating the inspired Lifestyle that only Pope Properties can provide.
Vice President of Public
Eric began working at a local golf course at the age of 12 while growing up in the suburbs of Northern Virginia. Eric spent the 15 years in the golf business working in both public and private clubs in Virginia as well as Florida. After 15 years in the golf business Eric embarked on a 20+ year career with Muzak, the global leader in design experience solutions. He held various positions throughout his career at Muzak including Senior Account Executive, Sales Trainer, and General Manager. Eric re-entered the golf business in 2015 when he joined the Pope Golf/Pope Properties team. Since joining the team he has served as the Marketing and Business Development Manager as well as a Community Association Manager. Eric is a licensed CAM in the state of Florida. Eric and wife are Sarasota County residents. When he’s not working, you will find Eric either on the golf course or cycling down the road!
Vice President Agronomy
Denny Albert has over 25 years of proven success in Golf Course Management at both Public and Private Facilities. He has currently been the VP of Agronomy for Pope Golf for over 10 years. He previously worked with Troon Golf for over 15 years. During his time with Pope, he has managed four complete golf course construction projects working closely with national home builders, construction companies, and architects. He also has extensive greens renovation experience. This experience has assisted with facilities that Pope has taken over as part of the golf course rehabilitation process.
Denny has worked closely with John Deere Turf Care Manufactures while operating and working with the John Deere National Test Site for over 20 years. Throughout this process, Denny works with Engineers and Marketing Teams to evaluate and improve new and existing equipment.
Denny is a Class A GCSAA member. He has been a member for over 28 years. He is also a member of State and Local Superintendent Associations. His degree is in Applied Science Golf Course Management. He also holds a Commercial Applicators license from the Florida Department of Agriculture.
Denny and his family are active in the local junior golf programs; as well as, youth agriculture, participating in State and County 4-H programs.
Senior Community Management Director
Ken comes to us with over 18 years of experience in Association Management for homeowners and condominium associations. He is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) with experience revenue and expense management, budgeting, reserve analysis, contract negotiations, maintenance oversight, strategic planning resident relations and board of director relations. Prior to joining Pope Properties, Inc., Ken ran a small association management company. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute.
Prior to becoming a CAM, Ken was National Practice Manager of Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P.’s Senior Living and Post-Acute Care Services Group responsible for assisting senior living providers obtain public financing and provided operations consulting services.
He co-authored of two annual publications; the State of Seniors Housing Report (American Seniors Housing Association) and The Assisted Living Industry Study (Assisted Living Federation of America). He was a contributing author to Aging, Autonomy and Architecture: Advances in Assisted Living by Benyamin Schwarz and Ruth Brent published by Johns Hopkins University (1999).
Ken holds a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Louis University. He received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
Corporate Food and Beverage Director
Patrick Scully has worked for over 21 years in the Food and Beverage Industry, holding various positions over the course of his tenure. Patrick was recently the Food and Beverage Director at Esplanade Lakewood Ranch and was instrumental in opening and operating the Culinary Center. Patrick’s main background has been hotel and resorts and has had the opportunity to work for great resorts such as the Diplomat Resort and Spa, Playa Largo Resort and Spa, The W Vieques, The Westin Charlotte, The Westin Harbor Castle, The Sheraton Center, The Le Meridien New Orleans and the Marriott HarborCenter just to name a few.
Patrick is originally from Canada but was raised in Sao Paulo Brazil. Patrick has been married for almost 11 years and has two Children. His Wife Gabriela Scully is from Sao Paulo Brazil and they met while working at the Diplomat Resort and Spa in Hollywood Florida. Patrick two sons are Connor Patrick Scully (6) and Liam Gabriel Scully (4) which keep him busy while he is not working. Patrick has travelled extensively and truly enjoy the fine art of service & food and beverage while still enjoying the simple things in life. Patrick is also a first level sommelier and in his free time Patrick enjoys entertaining and cooking for his family and friends, playing ice hockey, golfing, tasting wine, and scuba diving.
Conrad brings over 15 years of hospitality experience working in both hotels and high-volume restaurants. Conrad has helped shape the Food and Beverage scene at some of the best resort's in Miami, including the Conrad Miami and The Kimpton Surfcomber. Conrad’s career success and accolades has allowed him to fit perfectly into his current position as the General Manager of Esplanade Palmer Ranch.
Conrad was born in Maine, but lived in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Conrad has been married 12 years to his college sweetheart. They have two children, Conrad (9) and Summer (7). When not working , as a family they love to watch the Red Sox and Patriots and do anything that involves being outside and you can usually find them at the beach or on the water.

Crystal Steere – Spa & Fitness Manager, Esplanade Golf & Country Club Naples
Crystal’s health and wellness career spans nearly 15 years in the resort and hospitality industry where she has served in various Director of Spa and Wellness roles for companies like Hilton Hotels, Golden Door and WTS International as a Spa Consultant for an independently owned and operated beach-front resort.
Crystal’s passion for health and wellness, commitment to team building, and personal value of pursuing continued education has allowed her to recruit and develop dynamic teams that use their skills and abilities to better assist others in their personal health and wellness journey.
Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospitality and Resort Management and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American Council on Exercise, with a specialty credential in Therapeutic Exercise.
